  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in IT helpdesk.
  • Good knowledge about computer, windows 7/10, Microsoft office and ITIL.
  • Good communication, teamwork and resistance of pressure.
  • Advance level of English: written, fluency, comprehension (mandatory).


Give help desk Support to End Users including computer, IP phone, video conference, printer and so on\.
Basic support to Network and IT room facility.
